The intended sequence
This sequence describes the controlled journey. No generated material, draft, or proposal becomes approved merely because it is shown or reviewed.
A pilot journey starts only if Nimloth confirms access and the correct company context. An enquiry does not activate an account or entitlement.
In a confirmed pilot, the company can work on one private role. This does not publish a vacancy or start a candidate process.
Describe its purpose, outcomes, boundaries, and trade-offs. Drafts and proposals remain provisional until the company takes explicit action.
An authorised person reviews the complete Role Foundation and explicitly approves the exact version the company will rely on.
Only after approval can the company choose payment and continuation. No charge or entitlement arises from the public page.
A candidate process can be prepared only after the existing payment and entitlement checks. People own every assessment and hiring decision.
